Yesterday I had a home visit by an RN, Trisha. She came to do the preliminary check up on me before I start my in-home therapy. I had a reverse rotator cuff surgery on my right arm. Previous to the surgery I had 2 6 week sessions at Med1Care in Holland, OH. This is why I chose to have my after surgery therapy at home with Med1Care. They are a great group of therapists and Trisha was the icing on the cake. What a wonderful woman she is. She explained everything that would be happening and answered all of my questions. She is proof that Med1Care employs only the finest people. 3 cheers for Trisha. She exemplifies the mission of Med1Care.

I have been with Med One care for over a year and I have never been disappointed by their service. The care has been excellent and the nurses have all been very professional, efficient and kind. I can’t say enough good things. Thank you, Jessica for being one of the best!

Wonderful nurses and aides. The office is really nice Ericka is my RN and Cheryl is my aide — they are both rockstars! 🤘All in all Med1 provides fantastic and courteous care. Like all healthcare systems, be sure to advocate for yourself by asking questions and be fully involved in your health because sometimes certain information like aides calling off may not be communicated to you because sometimes I believe they rely on the aide to let you know. The office has thousands of patients, and they are human too, so be sure to keep up on it.Better Communication from office is the only recommendation I have and they still get 5 stars ⭐️ because the care from the nurses and aides is their strength! Anyhoo, great wishes for your health, and lots of love and light to the person reading this.
