I thought I was just going in for an extra and to set up a time to do the work… My appointment was for 430 and they had me in the chair and doing X-rays by 429! Completely shocked. The dentist said “you’re in pain? Let’s take care of this now”. I had X-rays, cavity filled, wisdom tooth out and was on my way home by 5pm. I’m still in disbelief… the staff was absolutely amazing too and had all my insurance info and cost figured out within minutes of being seen. I hate going to the dentist so for this guy to do what he did, as fast as he did was so great. The efficiency of the dentist and staff was the best I have ever seen in a medical field.Also, important to mention that it’s the day after right now and I can barely tell that a bunch of violence happened inside my mouth yesterday. Went in for a cleaning then two fillings. The cleaning process was amazing all the staff is very professional and sweet! The dr is calm and patient and listens to an issues I may have and explains things well enough to understand. I left another dentist that traumatized me and they deff made me feel safe in their hands! Recommend them to everyone! Less

But when I arrived, they said, “We made an appointment for you, but the dentist deleted it without telling anyone.” It’s unprofessional to just delete a patient’s appointment out of pettiness without any warning. **** Someone mentioned that I missed 10 appointments. It would help if they warned me that I can’t keep scheduling and cancelling appointments. That way, I’d think more carefully about whether I can actually make it before I book another one. Instead, they didn’t say anything and just let me schedule more. When I showed up, they told me the dentist had deleted my appointment. Less
