Absolutely fantastic! I don’t normally write reviews but this company really do deserve the praise for the job they have carried out at my house. We were broken into and needed new locks, they were quick, tidy and did a brilliant job. Not being a lock expert they even took the time to explain how the new locks worked to prevent burglars getting in - reassurance you need after a break-in. If you need a locksmith use this company they are amazing.

I would highly recommend Rapid Picks. Russ came out with in 30 mins of my call. He knew excactly what had happened. He had to go and pick up a part to fix my lock. Was back in 45 mins and the door was fixed in minutes. The price for the sevice was very very good. Russ went above and beyond to make sure i felt safe in my house even checking the other external locks in my house. I would highly recommend Rapid Picks and especially Russ to any of my friends and family or anyone who needs a locksmith.

Then found Rapid picks online.. answered straight away and we're here in 25 minutes.. I was back in the warm in no time with absolutely no damage to the door!! Outstanding service and response. If you ever have a problem like I did don't bother calling around just call these guys .
