She came highly recommended and I was so impressed (and grateful) with her handling of my home sale, that I asked her to manage the purchase of my new home on Peaks Island a few months later. The sale of my former lakeside home and compound in southern Maine was a bit of a challenge professionally as it was a high end home in a region where there weren't really any comps. And it was a challenge personally for me as it's sale was never in the plans, but became urgent due to my partner's health. With great sensitivity and creativity she proactively pulled out all the stops, knowing how and where to market the house through creative means in state and out, directly to the demographic that would be the best match. Thanks to her efforts the house sold pretty quickly, and she stuck with the post-sale details, staying on top of a buyer's holdback for some minor work which took a fair amount of time to arrange, requiring an extension and ongoing communication with the title company. And throughout, with a professional, cheerful and sensitive disposition. I recommend Pattie without reservation!
