Pattie worked with us to sell our home and purchase a new home. I can't say enough about how great it was to work with her. Throughout the process Pattie was patient, thoughtful, and gave us good advice. We bought a great house in our ideal location and she sold our previous house very quickly. She was a huge help while we navigated the process and made sure everything went as planned, as we had two moves and closings within 24 hours. Even though it took us a while to find the right home, we always felt like a priority. Overall working with her was a great experience and we would highly recommend her for both buying and selling your home.

Pattie was AMAZING. We were looking for a house in NH, and having a hard time. We came across a house we liked in Maine with an open house the following weekend but we had no realtor. One phone call from our realtor who was selling our house and Pattie was on the job. She met us at the open house with just two days notice and her expertise and knowledge as we walked the house was fantastic. We bid, but did not end up getting that house, which was a blessing because the house we did find was our dream and Pattie came through again, driving over two hours one way into Maine to tour the house, then walked us through bidding and the contract, the she traveled up multiple times to ensure inspections and signing went off without a hitch. We had to drive 5 hours on the morning of the signing with a fully loaded 26 foot UHaul and we were running behind. We were stressed, but Pattie told us not to worry, she had it handled. She took care of the walk through for us, then met us at the bank just in time to sign. She put us at ease and all our previous interactions built a a trust that let us know nothing would happen, we were in good hands, we just needed to drive and arrive safely.
