This is my second time getting my hair braided here. The first was by Mary Shantel and the second was by her braiding partner. Both ladies are very sweet and both times I was VERY happy with my braids. The cost is on par with what others charge but about $50 cheaper depending on what you get. There was a bit of double booking which caused them to start after my appointment time or I would’ve given 5 stars. But I will be going back again.

I absolutely LOVE my Senegalese twists done by Arielle. My appointment was at 4:30pm and was started not too long after. She was finishing up her client before me. My braids took just under 4 hours. There was no pain at all during the entire process. I have been getting braids for 3 decades and it is rare that there isn't any pain. Most braiders try to pull your hair out of your scalp but she was very gentle and considerate of my edges. I am never able to style my braids right away because of the tightness ; however, I was able to whip it up in a bun immediately after with no issues. Lastly, the pricing is very reasonable. Today, braids can cost you upwards of $300.I will definitely be back for all my braiding needs. Thank you Arielle and Chantal

Shantel is excellent. She always comes through for my daughter and I. She is patient, sweet, affordable, and convenient. Oh, also an awesome braideder! I've used her every time for the past 2 years and will continue to do so.

I got knotless braids. They are beautiful. Everyone is so nice and polite. Only took 3hrs for waist length wavy braids. My hair looks great!
