I worked with Zane to purchase my first investment rental property about two months ago and he was great to work with. His patience, professionalism and determination to get the deal done are unmatched. I first met with him about a little over a year ago while I was planning my investment strategy and he patiently followed up with me every so often until I was ready to start looking for properties. When I was finally ready earlier this year to start looking at properties he was very professional in showing me the properties and advising me what I need to look for and what to avoid in my first property. When we finally found a property and started the closing process he was determined to get the deal done when my lender was dragging out the closing process. Zane worked tirelessly with my lender and the seller to make sure the deal did not fall through when the closing process took longer than normal. In the end, Zane made the deal happen and I am now happily enjoying my first investment property. Once I get this property settled in, I will be calling Zane to purchase my second property.
