Me and my husband called to get an estimate to get an Aerator cleaned out we were both told the same price and we decided to go with them because they were $25 cheaper than the other company we called. But when they came and gave me the bill it was $25 more than what they told us it would be. I called them and told them that is not what they quoted us thinking they would honor their quote they did not. When a person quotes two people the same price that is what your bill should be. I called he said he doesn’t know why we were given that quote and I’m pretty sure he was the one that I spoke to that gave me the quote. I am not happy being told a price and getting charged a higher price. However Chis the guy that cleaned the Aerator was very nice and friendly.
