Mike O and James did a Great job with repairs from a water leak from the upstairs townhouse. From beginning to end they kept me updated and Mike O helped guide me through this process with the insurance company. James did a Great job with my repairs. Both were very professional. Hopefully I never have to use this service again, but if I do it will be with Romexterra Restoration and the 2 Awesome guys that did a Fantastic job! Thanks again Mike O and James!!Leduy Love

I highly recommend Romexterra. I had a house fire in 3/24 and had had horrible experiences with contractors and my homeowners insurer. I had all but given up hope of salvaging anything before I started working with Romexterra. Everyone I dealt with was a complete pro, particularly Barrett.. They were transparent, responsive, and thorough. They worked closely with my insurance company so that much of the work was covered. The work itself was first rate. They finished the exterior, including redoing sub par work by a prior contractor. I ended up selling the house 5 days after they were done. I would absolutely go back to Romexterra again.

Shortly after purchasing my home, I discovered multiple leaks following a snowstorm and freeze, which was incredibly stressful. It was raining in my bathroom - again (new place, not new stress: see other reviews). I have called Romexterra before and this time was the same - they responded quickly and initially patched the problem areas to stop the active leaking, which gave me immediate peace of mind.From there, they took the time to thoroughly assess my roof and walked me through all the areas that were compromised. Summary - the roof wasn’t roofing too well as there were water damaged spots all over the place. I really appreciated how transparent and informative they were throughout the entire process, which ultimately helped me feel confident in moving forward with a full roof replacement.A special shoutout to Robert, who was absolutely fantastic to work with. He was attentive, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable—taking the time to answer all of my questions, explain my options clearly, and make sure I felt comfortable with every decision. This was great because I knew nothing about roofing. He truly went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied every step of the way.The quality of the work was excellent, and the entire process was smooth and professional from start to finish. I have a skylight and a furnace up there (it can’t all be easy) and they navigated those complexities well. TLDR; excellent service and no longer raining in my house will recommend.
