Do you know how dysfunctional your business operations has to be when my ONLY hope of actually speaking to an employee and not their phone service is to post a review about it.My husband was the point of contact and I get emailed an invoice with no description of services rendered. The original request states they will do there best to restore the basement to its pre-flood condition. The walls are still missing, the floor is still missing, and everything that is in the basement is sitting in the middle of the floor.I read all of the other negative post and I absolutely concur with the experience. They set appointments and canceled them for almost no reason. I was told there was a vehicle issue but after reading previous reviews it is highly likely that we were ignored to start another job.All I want is for an employee familiar with the services Romexterra actually provided and the cost associated with it.As a disabled Veteran with limited income, it feels very disrespectful to play with both my money and my time.

0/5 Stars – Poor Communication and Disappointing ExperienceI would not recommend Romexterra Construction. I contacted the company several times and practically had to chase their project manager, Randy, just to receive an estimate. The communication was poor, response times were unacceptable, and the overall experience was extremely frustrating.After providing Randy with my insurance adjuster's contact information, I finally received an estimate that was nearly identical to the insurance company's proposed amount. Even more disappointing, the estimate did not include the reconstruction costs following demolition, despite my specifically requesting a comprehensive estimate for both.I expected an independent, thorough assessment of the damage and the actual cost of restoring the property, not an incomplete estimate that left out a significant portion of the necessary repairs.Between the lack of professionalism, repeated follow-ups, poor communication, and incomplete estimate, I have lost confidence in this company and will be taking my business elsewhere.I would not recommend Romexterra Construction.
