I started training at AP when I was a D1 college soccer player, and I immediately loved it and felt the difference—I got stronger, faster, and in great overall shape. After finishing my college career, I transitioned to the AP Fit classes, which have a solid mix of lower body, upper body, and conditioning workouts. The environment is always positive, and the energy makes training enjoyable. The coaches and trainers are knowledgeable, experienced, and genuinely supportive, which makes a big difference.
