i contacted Elite Car Care Detailing and i was super impressed, the kid is young, but very ambitious and a very hard worker. i own a 2024 GMC 1500 Denali and i told him i wanted Ceramic Coating, interior and exterior detail and he did an amazing job. He is very professional and straight foward, the price is reasonable, but quality of his work exceeded my expectations. Give this young man a chance to make your car/truck looking clean and break necks!!!

Wow, I was very impressed with the work Javier did, he did an amazing job detailing my car! His attention to detail was outstanding. The exterior is gleaming like it’s brand new. Javier and partner were very professional and treated my car really good, and he went above and beyond to make my car look incredible. I highly recommend Javier to anyone looking for amazing car detailing! And a very reasonable price. Thanks Javier, I have more car do you to do….so the next day I noticed, Javier had missed a spot on the top right side, I notified Javier about the area he missed, I was told it was it was oxidation and he couldn’t repair it. But the other side was the same way and Javier did a good job, however after several text messages going back and forth Javier said he would come back to see what he could do. Till this day Javier hasn’t come by the house to repair buff and coat the area he missed. I’m very disappointed and would not recommend him to anyone. Sorry not sorry

Very unprofessional people, I do not recommend this business.Based on the multiple 5 star reviews, I thought this is a perfect place where I would want to get my car detailed. I completed their online form for a quote for an interior detailing on 2/24, spoke with Javier when he called and we agreed on a price and booked an appointment for him to come the next day 2/25 at 1pm to work on my car. He said he would send out a text of some sort for me to give them my address. I waited for it and that never happened. The next day, I continued to wait for the text and it never came, it was getting closer to 1 PM and I was getting a little confused. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and was hoping he would contact me at some point apologizing for the delay/non-communication and whatnot. That never happened. 1:15 PM rolled by and I had to give Javier a call to see what’s going on. Obviously he wasn’t gonna make it to my house at 1 PM anymore as we previously agreed upon. I asked him what’s going on, he said he just got his equipment stolen blah blah blah, he’s trying to get his stuff back and should have everything by 2/28. I sympathized for his situation so I told him that’s fine and let me know on 2/28. Not once did he apologize for not honoring the appointment or not letting me know ahead of time that he won’t be coming.2/28 rolled by and I did not receiving any kind of communication from him. That’s fine, I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt once more and waited. It is now 3/11 and I still hear nothing from Javier. I doubt I would ever receive any communication from him for the services we agreed on. Highly unprofessional on his part. He didn’t seem like he wanted my business so I decided to go to another detailing place.I’m not expecting to be prioritized, but how hard is it to just communicate with your customers?
