Our realtor Sylvia Liszka was impossible to work with. Simple requests to update the listing to include picture(s) of the walk-in closet, which was not mentioned in the listing, flat out told me no.She refused to speak with my wife when it came to any portion of the home selling experience and made the entire process frustrating. The Escrow and Title Agency had no issues communication with my wife, and in fact asked to include her in any correspondences.We were asked to meet a contractor at the propertyWe would have gone with another realtor if it wasn't for the outrageous stipulation in the contract that they would still receive commission due to the "After Expiration" clause if we were to list with someone else and sell the home within 90 days after the listing was meant to expire. She deserved no commission on this sale but we were in a rush to consolidate to owning just one home and not having two mortgages to pay for.After the final walkthrough was completed, we received a call saying that there was no refrigerator and that we would need to replace it. Per the agreement the fridge was not to be included. This lack of attention to detail made this process a massive headache and I regret choosing Sylvia to sell my home.
