Having not been to the gym for over 3 years since the birth of my daughter, I needed to get back in shape somewhere friendly and affordable. James's classes in Teignmouth every Monday have been fantastic for getting back into a fitness routine. James is motivating but friendly and approachable meaning we can take the classes at a pace that suits us. Thanks James, would highly recommend 👍
