I’m absolutely delighted with my new bathroom and ensuite; they look stunning! The certified-licensed work was done with diligence, care and attention to detail and everything feels professional and high-quality. Gemstone, its owner Ahmad and his team were reliable, kept their promises and delivered right on time. The only thing I’d suggest is that any possible extra costs (like the $4,000 for the yellow waterproofing matter under the floor) be mentioned upfront so there are no surprises later. Other than that, I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend them!

Ahmad was very professional, prompt and accommodative. He was always there when needed and the outcome has exceeded our expectations. Our sliding doors and windows were replaced by a 3 panel sliding doors and our pergola was replaced by Ecodeck and a patio. Ahmad charged us as per his initial quote and there were no overruns, which is a rare occurrence with reno jobs. He personally ensured that the work site was restored post completion of the project. Overall a job well done!

My wife and I can't recommend Ahmad and his friendly team highly enough. From initial design options through to adjustments we asked for mid renovation and final fit off everything was easy and no stress. Great communication, Ahmad always made himself available for any questions or queries we had along the way. What was most impressive was Ahmad's personal investment. With the care that was taken it felt as if he was working on his own bathroom!
