We used Josie Andrade and her team to help us getting our first home. Josie and her team were outstanding. Everything started with because I was having a conversation with one of my colleagues at work about the desire to own our first home. Then he gave me the information of his realtor and told me that she would call me the next day, that is how we start our process. We have a conversation by phone and since that day I knew she was the one. We meet on her office spending a couple of hours asking and answering our questions providing us with all the information in the areas we were interested. Josie and her team made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps may other realtors don’t, like having a pro come and giving us good advice and finding homes that met our needs. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to buy a home really paid off. It was a hard and long process for her and her team to find the house that we wanted. Prior to meeting Josie, I had not had the best experience with other real state agents. I always felt that some were dishonest and only looking out for their own interest and not their clients. Josie has been absolutely phenomenal in the way she handled our situation. I was trying to rent out my house (first time landlord) and a potential client recommended Josie to me to help with the process. Josie contacted within a few hours and started working with me on a weekend. She was always responsive and when things changed or if an obstacle came up, she was quick to communicate and remedy the problem. She is deeply empathetic and was able to answer most of my questions before I even asked.
