Mike was excellent! 3 minutes after title company emailed me they ordered a mobile notary Mike was calling setting up a time to sign the documents. He was so accommodating and showed up exactly when he said he would. He didn’t rush my in-laws through the documents which made them feel very comfortable. Highly recommended.
