First off let me say that I have had my wooden fences soft wash in the past by other companies. I have never seen the stain come off the way it did when All Care Exterior Cleaning came to clean my fences. When I took pictures and sent them their response was that the cleaners took pictures of the cleaned fences right after they were washed still wet, and said they look good. But when it was dry I couldn't get over the amount of white stripped of stain I saw. The company said well it looked good when they finished, and has not done anything to rectify this problem. Now, I have to re-stain all the parts of the 28 sections of fence that have been stripped of stain and by hand re-stain it again. I paid $500.00 for this and at least credit me 1/2 back for this not so soft wash. I will never call them again.
