I found this location upon recommendation and it has been the best choice. They are so welcoming and they work so well with all ages! Their women's self defense class is so helpful and caters to helping women in defensive situations along with doing target exercises for female body strengthening, specifically core. Their teaching for kids is so good and they work with kids of all energy levels and the kids enjoy it so much! I highly recommend giving Chekmat a try.
