Wow and wow again!!! These guys deserve every bit of business and more. Let’s start out with their scheduling and follow-ups. Amazing!!! They called the day before to give a courtesy call and make sure we knew what to expect. They showed up as promised during the arrival time.Next let me talk about the quality of work. I have a light colored sectional sofa that didn’t appear to be dirty at the surface, but I had dirt on my couch that I didn’t know existed. The entire sectional, cushions, and pillows were spotless just over an hour. Way faster than I expected.On top of professional quality cleaning, they explained what to expect afterwards as far as preventative care. Fair pricing, quality work, efficiently fast, and great customer service!!!

I WISH THERE WERE MORE STARS. WORD OF MOUTH Carpet Restorations responded quickly to my request of stretching my carpet on ANGI. The 2 men who came to my home by appointment were exemplary. The quoted me a fair price for the stretching including moving the furniture and cutting off the extra piece of carpet. Then they suggested that they also clean my Karastan carpeting in the master bedroom. When they were done I couldn't believe how beautiful my carptet looked. Sparkling clean, no more humps and smelled fresh and looked like new. I will definitely use the again as needed. I recommend them with no reservations.

This review is based not performance but on the company’s integrity. The Tech came out to our house and based on his assessment, he indicated that because of the way the tile was laid, he wouldn’t be able to achieve an acceptable level of satisfaction, so he recommended that we don’t do the job even if it meant losing potential income. VERY honest company!
