We purchase our carpet 4 years ago and lately notice it was lumpy. We found Word of Mouth Carpet Restoration on Angi. We called on Friday and made the appointment for Monday at 10 AM. Eric and his brother showed up on time. They walked us through their inspection and in detail explained what happened and what they will do to correct it. We were handed an estimate and to my surprise they could do the job at that moment. Throughout the whole process Eric was explaining what was being done. They completed the job in 1 1/2 hours for both rooms. Eric then explained what will happen over the next few weeks - how the carpet weave will slowly untangle and look new again. EXCEPTIONAL cleaning service! I can’t believe what they did! Hired them to clean my newly area rug which was a light cream and my dogs fur oil kept making look dirty. They made it new again BUT while they were here, I asked if they can get my new concrete indoor floors clean. No matter what I cleaned with and how often, they looked dirty and old. They said yes and boy did they deliver! My floors look completely new again, as if I just had them done. Nobody was able to do it but they DID!! I highly highly recommend this business.
