We contacted Brazil in America for a bedroom and bathroom floor installation. They were able to start the job right away, and gave us a very reasonable price. Edmilson was the installer and he worked non-stop for 2 days until the job was completed. There was some breakdown in communication as Edmilson didn't speak English, but we used the translation apps on our phones when necessary and that seemed to work. I would have Edmilson back again with no hesitation. He was great.

We worked very closely with our housekeeper Danny on this project as her husband was in charge of the demolition and the installation of our new vinyl throughout our entire condo. I admit that there were a few communication problems, but in the end, the job was done well and beautifully by the team. I think it’s very important to specify exactly how you want The job completed in terms of installing under baseboards and then making sure there are no gaps at the end. If new millwork is involved, again , that is a communication that needs to be very clear. The team rushed the job, but everything was made perfect in the end by John Paul, and personally he and Danny both deserved a five star rating. Jill & Chuck
