We worked very closely with our housekeeper Danny on this project as her husband was in charge of the demolition and the installation of our new vinyl throughout our entire condo. I admit that there were a few communication problems, but in the end, the job was done well and beautifully by the team. I think it’s very important to specify exactly how you want The job completed in terms of installing under baseboards and then making sure there are no gaps at the end. If new millwork is involved, again , that is a communication that needs to be very clear.
