UPDATE: I have been a client for a few months now and have seen improvements in my strength and endurance. I mostly attend in the mornings, but it is great to have the flexibility to sign up for classes that fit your schedule when things come up. Colin, Keith and Ryan (and Dom if you're willing to brave the 5:30 am class) are great.Colin is friendly, energetic and passionate about helping clients reach their goals. I really enjoy the small group personal training format. Colin creates a varied and dynamic workout for each class. The size of the class allows for personalized attention, including exercise modifications if needed and suggested weights for strength training. It gives me the accountability I need to stay on track and the group creates a supportive and fun environment. I highly recommend you try Rise Fitness if you’re looking for a gym that tailors to your needs and abilities. I encourage you to try a few classes, you won’t regret it.
