I chose TRKingIM because of the immediate warmth and availability of assistance when I called. I have never felt like I could not reach someone for help, get a quick answer, or rely on the advice given. Truly, from the beginning, Todd made it all make sense, they just don't get better than him. You will feel at home with this FMO. If you are a broker that needs a lot of tools from your FMO, you may not be happy here though. They do use and provide the basic CSG quoting system, but do not offer Sunfire, Connecture, etc to their brokers. The only whole-system they do offer, is for a fee. If you are an independent agent that has your own system however, you will not regret choosing TRKingIM. Less
