Jeremy has recently guided me through my exercise program which has had a bit of a setback due to an injury (nothing to do with training program) and has helped me mentally to not get down about it. He has given me the encouragement that it will heal ( and it is) so it’s good to have constant good advice and exercises that will help.

I've been training with Jeremy for almost 2 years now, and he's the only PT who's been able to keep me consistent and accountable for this long.Jeremy strikes the perfect balance between pushing me to do my best while making every session enjoyable. He's easy to talk to, makes me feel comfortable, and creates a positive, fun environment. If you're looking for a PT who cares about your progress, keeps you motivated, and makes training something you actually enjoy, I couldn't recommend Jeremy more highly.

I’ve had a lot of trainers over the years, but I’ve never had the results that I’m getting with Jeremy. He explains the exercise and breaks it down verbally and visually, giving me more understanding of how the body works and why and how this exercise will benefit the areas that are weaker. I am stronger and feel fantastic. Jeremy is friendly and knowledgeable, and I am achieving goals every week. I would highly recommend him if you are looking to change how you feel and look and want to be stronger and more flexible. He is an awesome trainer!

I can’t recommend Jeremy highly enough! When I first started training with him, my goal was to lose body fat while building lean muscle, and he’s helped me achieve exactly that. From day one, he took the time to understand my goals, created a program tailored to me, and adjusted it as I progressed to keep me improving. What really sets Jeremy apart is how knowledgeable and supportive he is. He explains the purpose behind every exercise, focuses on proper technique, and always knows when to push me a little further while still making training enjoyable. He’s been incredibly encouraging throughout the whole process and has helped me build so much confidence, not just in the gym but in what my body is capable of.I’ve seen amazing changes in my strength, fitness, and physique, and I genuinely look forward to every session. If you’re looking for a PT who is passionate, motivating, and genuinely invested in helping you reach your goals, I couldn’t recommend Jeremy more.

As a bigger guy, I was always scared about going to the gym because I thought I would feel out of place and look like I didn't know what I was doing. Jeremy has been awesome for helping me get over these fears, and also on how I can be better both with my fitness, and my diet.Food has always been a big struggle for me. Jeremy helping me put a plan in place has been huge for me. I am down 8kgs, and my body shape has changed dramatically. Now I am hooked on continuing to work on my health and fitness - and I owe that to Jeremy.

I started training with Jeremy when I moved from Perth to Sydney a few years ago and it was the best decision I’ve made for my fitness. I lost 5kg and finally learnt how to weight train properly—not just going through the motions, but actually understanding the importance of correct technique and progression. He also supplied a diet plan that made me realise I’d been under eating on some macros and over eating others for years. The change in food made a huge difference alongside the training. What really stands out is his consistency and the way he keeps you motivated—even on weeks I hadn’t progressed, he never let me feel discouraged, just refocused and kept me going. Gained real muscle and strength along the way, and I feel so much more confident in the gym now. We also always had a good laugh which made the sessions fly by. Can’t recommend Jeremy enough for anyone who wants a trainer who actually teaches you, keeps you accountable and is fun to train with.

He pays close attention to technique and tailors every session to my goals and current ability, which has helped me build confidence in the gym.He is also easy to talk to and creates a relaxed, encouraging environment. His knowledge, attention to technique, and ability to tailor every session to my needs and goals, have completely changed the way I train. Thanks to Jeremy- I’m noticeably stronger, I feel confident when I train alone at the gym, and the back and hip pain I used to live with has virtually disappeared. If you’re looking for a trainer who genuinely prioritises long-term results over quick fixes, I highly recommend Jeremy.

I’ve been going to Jeremy Formosa for over 12 months now and must say he impresses me at all levels. And as someone approaching 80 years later this year that’s saying something. I was particularly pleased to be able to communicate my various physical needs. Can certainly recommend Jeremy to any senior citizen contemplating going to the gym for the first time.

Jeremy, has been amazing during pt sessions. As someone who struggled with confidence in the gym, he has given me the courage and confidence to go to the gym without feeling intimated. He is genuinely interested in teaching you to be the best you can be and teaching you how to use machines on your own long term. He thought me how to use machines using the right technique and pushed me to do my best always.

I have had a number of different personal trainers over the last 10 years and Jeremy is without question - the best of the best. He not only knows what he is doing (surprisingly there are a lot of PT's out there who are not very good/don't know what they are doing), he is passionate and cares about the results his clients are working towards achieving and has certainly kept me accountable. In addition to his knowledge around what to do and when to get the best results - Jeremy has worked with me to have the right diet plan that I can stick to and keep me on track with as well. He's also a very personable and good human being which makes a difference in day to day training sessions.

I highly recommend Jeremy as a personal trainer. He’s a trainer who recognises your progress but also holds you accountable and challenges you to be your best self. Always available to answer any questions and share helpful insights. Very happy with the results I've been seeing while working with him - something I hadn't been able to achieve previously on my own.

Both me and my 12 year old son have been training with Jeremy. He is great with kids and stimulates them to enjoy their workout. My son loves the training. Jeremy has been great to show me the ropes of weight training and to set my goals. He is not only very knowledgeable with training methods but also with nutrition/living a healthy live. I can absolutely recommend Jeremy as a personal trainer.

Training every week with Jeremy has helped me experience the joy of working out and pushing myself to be the best version of myself. I find his bubbly personality very engaging and the sessions just fly by. His technical knowledge about different workouts and diets have helped me achieve goals faster than I thought possible. Overall, a great trainer to start or continue your progress with.

I quietly mentioned a few of my life goals to him, he remembered them, and he’s been helping me take steps to achieve them. He hasn’t been trying to make a quick buck from me, he actually cares about my results and I can tell because I’ve had other trainers in the past. Get in while you can, he’ll blow up soon I know it. 💪I’ve been in a plateau for the past year and a half, since training with Jeremy my gains have been NEXT LEVEL crazy.
