I met Jim in 2018 when he replaced my rusted out water heater. He was amazing back in 2018 and now 7 years later in 2025 he's still the same amazing guy. What can I say about Jim besides how awesome of a human being he is. First of all his response time is epic. My water heater failed last night on a Friday. I was texting him early Saturday morning. He wanted to help me claim the warranty on my Rheem water heater, but I couldn't wait till Monday so he came out and helped replace the water heater with a brand new more efficient Rheem unit. He looked at my set up and made recommendations that would help make my water heater last. He asked me to accompany him to Home Depot and he showed me the different ones and which ones had the best warranty so that I'd be covered for 12 years! Luckily, I had a Home Depot credit card so the cost of the parts I put on my Home Depot card so I'd have 0% interest for 12 months and get to pay monthly instead of forking out the money up front. He took less than 2-3 hours to take down the old unit, install the new unit, and even cleaned up the mess I made with the old unit. He hauled away the old unit, so I wouldn't have to worry about it. I can't say enough nice things about Jim. His customer service is outstanding, he's super professional, his etiquette is top notch, he's extremely friendly and courteous, he made sure I understood what he was doing so there were no surprises, and most importantly, as customers, he charges a VERY FAIR price. He was fair in 2018 and he is fair now in 2025 even in this crazy economy. There was a reason why I kept his number after all these years and he proved me correct again today. Thanks again, Jim!

My bathroom sink and shower drain were both clogged. I reached out to Jim, who previously did work at my home. It was a Saturday afternoon, he responded quickly via text and slotted me in for the next day. Upon arriving he went right to work, solved both issues quickly and dispensed some good advice as to how to prevent future clogging. Jim is a good communicator, highly knowledgeable and super professional. I'll continue to call him for all plumbing issues!

We are so fortunate to have found Daley Plumbing! 8 years ago we needed to replace our water heater. I called Daley Plumbing because of numerous good reviews and because they were local. When I met Jim Daley, I found him to be knowledgeable & personable. He answered questions & concerns and even assisted us in selecting our new water heater! We had an issue three years ago that he diagnosed & addressed at no charge. Last week, after a full day of rain, our unit shut off for the first time. Jim was here the next day. Not knowing if we had a leak in our roof or in the unit - Jim cleared up the water and got it up & running. He checked in with us regularly over the days that followed. The shut off issue continued, so now we knew there was a leak in the unit. Jim came out today to transcribe the warranty info. While looking over the unit one last time, he and my nephew were able to determine the issue. Jim had a replacement part in his truck and now we're up and running! Jim Daley has a track record of taking the time and that extra step to service his customers. He's professional & personable and his rates are reasonable. As a longtime home owner, (I live in the house where I grew up), I intend to call Jim Daley for all of our future plumbing needs! FIVE STARS!

First, Jim is an absolutely great person. He responds quickly but most importantly is really, really trustworthy. We always contact him whenever we have plumbing issues and he comes by and gives us an honest opinion. Pricing is very fair and upfront. He even turns down work if it is not necessary. Very honest. He also is very knowledgeable about plumbing and you can tell he takes great pride and interest in his work. Finally, he is a great person just to have around, funny and great personality.
