Ninja Valley is a great place to have fun and enjoy time with family or friends. The facilities are good, but unfortunately, some staff members were quite rude, especially the lady working at the café. Better customer service would make the experience much more enjoyable.

If you can stand noise, smiles, laughter, kids having fun and challenging themselves then this is the place for you. Enjoy a nice coffee while you wait if you don't need to be helicopters. However you'll probably want to watch up close and wish you could join in.

As a regular customer, I can say that kids absolutely love Ninja Valley. But after several visits, I've noticed something ironic.Ninja Valley is incredibly strict about two things:You must wear their expensive branded grip socks because they're supposedly essential for hygiene and safety.They are also incredibly strict with time. Three minutes before your session ends, staff are already telling kids to leave, and when your time is up, you're out. No exceptions.It's interesting that they're so focused on these "safety" rules, yet they don't seem nearly as concerned about maintaining the equipment or preparing their staff for actual emergencies.Several attractions have been damaged for months with no sign of repair. The Wipeout attraction used to have both sides operating—now only one side works. The Velcro wall, where kids could wear a suit and stick themselves to the wall, has disappeared altogether.The most disappointing part happened during our last visit. A young girl badly twisted her ankle on one of the attractions and couldn't walk. Staff stood around unsure of what to do. Nobody appeared to take control of the situation, and eventually another mum, wearing ordinary socks (the ones that supposedly aren't safe enough to enter the play area), went in and carried the girl out herself.Only about five minutes later did the manager arrive with a wheelchair, by which time the girl was already outside the play area. It didn't appear that anyone had called for medical help or followed any clear emergency procedure.So apparently the biggest safety risk is wearing the wrong socks—but being unprepared when a child is actually injured doesn't seem to be.The kids still love Ninja Valley, but if the same effort went into equipment maintenance and staff emergency training as goes into policing socks and session times, it would be a much safer place.My First review, when Ninja valeey was 2 month open.Very cool, great staff member. but I went in January wasn't not even 2 months open. And the place already has their main toy broken!. And the other one that was suitable for adult now is not because they discover there was no space for the legs. Where is the engineering of the place when this took ages to open.
