I had not yet lived in the home when the cleaning took place, but there was a point where I had to walk in the house for something, and the three cleaning ladies were in the kitchen on their phones, goofing off and barely cleaning. I brushed it off, once they finish the job the house looked much better, but there were several areas that were missed, including under toilet seats. There were still urine, lots of pet hair around the house despite my wife and I explaining to the team pet allergies were very serious and needed to be taken care of. This was one of the main reasons we hired InsideOut in the first place, there was still dust on fans, still hair and lint left inside cabinets, and the floors were almost just as dirty as before the cleaning. After the first cleaning, we wondered what they did other than clean the master tub pretty well. I have informed the team, and the next day the ladies came back to clean some of the spots they had missed. I thought that was good enough but by the time my wife and I actually moved in with the kids, we saw many other instances of dirt and grime that we did not catch initially. Like I said, not the deep clean we thought we were paying for. It was mediocre at best. I informed the team once I moved into the home it was still very dirty, but their warranty expires after 48 hours. Very unhappy and would never use them again unfortunately, despite the team being very nice and friendly over the phone. Less

They arrived promptly and spent at least 6+ hours cleaning my home. This was a great job just as all the other reviews indicate. My house is spotless with attention paid to every detail. Andre touched base with me that same day for feedback. I told him I was very happy with the cleaning and he told me he would make sure I had a discount. Andre is very gracious and took it a step further to not charge me at all. He runs an upstanding company that truly guarantees a perfect service. I would like to preface this by saying I very rarely leave reviews, as I do not typically like to judge by one negative experience. However, I am so upset about the cleaning job completed in our home today that I felt compelled to share this with others. Background We researched inside out cleaning prior to getting a quote. I was very happy with ALL 5 star reviews across several websites. We decided to do a deep cleaning, as the last cleaning we had was x3 weeks ago. We were told it would cost $465. I was a little shocked by the price - we were previously paying $100 for a standard clean and $130 for a deep clean. It wasnt a perfect job, but I was still satisfied. To be fair I have paid over 200 for a regular cleaning before from a different company (and they did an AMAZING job). To summarize, I felt the price was steep, but with the good reviews I felt it would be worth it to have the house thoroughly and deeply cleaned. The actual cleaning: "Deep Clean" - $465 - We were provided a list of things that were included and I will attach them below. Our home is 2300 sq ft and several rooms have no/minimal furniture. - Prior to their arrival I ensure to pick up things off the floor, and clear all surfaces to make it easier to clean (clutter free). - They were scheduled on Saturday to arrive between 1130-1230. Arrived: 1210 and Left: 1510 (after asking to clean things they missed). - We were told the deep cleaning would take 5 hours and it was "completed" in 3 hours. (This is not a huge deal as some people are more efficient than others). - We (and our dogs) stayed outside so that we would not bother them while they were cleaning. - After they reported being done, my husband found multiple things undone (baseboards downstairs, behind couch, dusting desk in office, fridge not cleaned on top, and wiping down my vanity). I found it odd as these are very basic things to miss. - After they left I looked around, here is a list of things that were not done but were said to be included Living Area/Bedroom Rugs and carpets were not vacuumed to the edges, several pieces of furniture were not dusted, lamps/lamp shades/light fixtures were not wiped, blinds in several rooms were not wiped, glass surface of my vanity was not cleaned, inside of patio door track was not cleaned, picture frames were not wiped, baseboards were still covered in dust (I have pic of this). Kitchen: Did not clean top of fridge, trash was not emptied and outside of trashcan was not wiped. Im not sure if this is included but I will mention in all previous cleanings my dish rack (just the rack) was cleaned, with this service it was not. Bathrooms: Showers were not thoroughly (or at all?) scrubbed, blinds not wiped. Laundry room: Top of either washer or dryer not wiped, floors not mopped, baseboards not wiped. I have picture of this area. Conclusion: Price is VERY steep for a poor quality cleaning that missed several things that was advertised included. She booked me with the same week for a Deep Clean & Moving Out Services. (By fair the best cleaning from a service hands down!) Another great thing about Patti’s service is she texted rather than calling me. That’s a huge plus in my book when I need to speak to customers rather then a service I hired during business hours. (That should be an extra star google!!) Now on to the cleaning crew. My crew consisted of 3 women who were on time and very very polite. They got to my apartment and asked which parking spots they can be in (parking is limited). Then once entering the apartment they asked where are the key areas to clean first. Once those 2 questions were answered they jumped right on to it and if any misc questions came up they would ask or simply text me. Let’s fast forward to the cleaned results; I was speechless. They did a great job in the kitchen and throughout the house; we have no complaints. It was nice to be able to communicate with them (English and Spanish speakers) and express our needs. They were honest (we had a trash can lid pretty much broken and she brought to me apologizing thinking she did it, instead of trying to hide, I appreciated that and let her know not to be concerned bc it was 99%broken already), and they were able to finish the whole house (3000+sqft) in less than 4 hs. Oliva, Maria and Regina showed up on time, were polite and professional and worked quietly and efficiently to get our large home in tip-top shape. When they were done, I could see the difference - The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless, the floors were well-mopped and the carpets thoroughly vacuumed. They wiped the baseboards and left them looking great. The ceiling fans were wiped clean.
