Cool concept. I want to like it, but their advertising practices left me feeling bait and switched. They have about 4 to 5 ads up right now on FB Marketplace listing ebikes and scooters for flat prices. But I went in on a Saturday (just 4 days after the ads were posted) and even though bikes were still there, they said they would not honor the price they advertised on FB Marketplace. Instead they said I would have to register for their auction website and bid. Except the auction website is buggy or poorly designed and doesn't even let me see if and when the bikes and scooters will be up for auction. What a pain!I spoke to 3 different employees, none of them seemed to care or even acknowledge that their ads were still up and were misleading, much less apologize for wasting my time.The facility itself and products seemed fine, that's why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. But I'm very disappointed in customer service and their practices. Honestly, I got my hopes up and was excited to buy something on Saturday. Feels bad man.Edit:There was a response from management here yesterday promising to do better with advertising practices and telling me to reach out to customer service, but I don't see it any more. Based on that, I was going to remove this review. I don't see that anymore though? Maybe because the auctions are active again. I thought I heard auctions were for 3 hours, but this one is for 3 days. Again, what a pain. I just wanted to buy something that was advertised, not deal with some weird auction system.
