Ashley has been so wonderful to work with. My partner went in to look at the fire pit selections and was given options and told the one he wanted was in stock. When he went in to pick it up, unfortunately the proper liner wasn’t in stock and it would take a few weeks. He then gets a call saying the entire thing isn’t in stock and to make it right they made sure we were taken care of with an alternative option. Thank you for taking the time to make us feel appreciated in a world where great customer service is hard to come by. Thank you again Ashley and Stone Depot, we are so happy!

Great people work here. We have done business with Stone Depot before and it was great but today we had an order and they even arranged to deliver same day but we then had to cancel it and they bent over backwards to help us get sorted out. Great service and attitude.
