I started working with Ashley as my personal trainer years ago and she’s helped me tremendously. The biggest difference between Ashley and other trainers is she takes more of a health and physical therapy type approach to her workouts. Every workout has mobility, core, flexibility and strength. She has a solid knowledge of the human body & knows how to solve for injuries and most importantly how to prevent injury. I went from doing body strength only exercises to 100lbs deadlifts with Ashley. She also supported me through my weight loss efforts and helped me lose 35 lbs and gain muscle mass.
