I have been to 2 and planned 1 party at this location. I enjoyed being at the venue for the parties, but planning one was made easy by the staff and their attention to detail even up until the evening of the event. Working with Bukky was magnificent!

100% greatest venue to work with and Bukky and Quincy are the best!! We had our engagement dinner here and even though we had issues with our previous venue Bukky was able to step up and help us out. We will 100% want to return to host more events here and work with this team. They are professional and live up to their word and went above and beyond for our event.

We were very disappointed with our experience at this venue. When we arrived to set up for our event, the space was not cleaned to a reasonable standard. The kitchen had trash cans with residue still in them, and there were no trash bags provided. The ventilation and air conditioning were inadequate—especially concerning given the Texas heat during graduation season.Only one elevator was available to access the venue, and it was extremely slow and not air-conditioned. As a result, many of our guests chose to take the stairs—up and down three flights—to reach the parking garage.Adding to our frustration, the new ownership appears more focused on squeezing extra fees from customers than providing a quality experience. The trash compactor area was filthy, with food and liquid spills on and around the door and handle, making it both unpleasant and unsanitary to dispose of trash properly.Overall, the poor conditions and unprofessional management made what should have been a joyful event more stressful than necessary. I would not recommend this venue.

Eventi was a beautiful and perfect space to have our celebration of life for my husband. Hannah and her staff were so easy to work with and her catering recommendation, Creative Cuisine, was amazing. We had so many compliments on the space and the delicious food. They all made a difficult time easy to plan for. I would use them all again in the future and plan to.

Eventi Venue at the Patios at the Rail are beautiful. The rooftop was a perfect backdrop to our Rehearsal Dinner for our son's wedding. The staff were incredibly accommodating, warm in their responses, and immensely helpful. The area itself was clean, well appointed with outlets and just the right amount of lights to make the evening super special. Highly recommend working with Hannah and her team!!! 10 out 10 recommend!

We’ve rented out Patios at the Rail, the 3rd floor and grass rooftop venues. Both were phenomenal! Communication from the Venue were timely and clear. The venue was perfect for our needs, they were clean, and we are using them again this year! Easy 5 star review 🙏🏼

We stopped by this area and rooftop to catch a sunset and it made a great spot to capture it. As intended, this makes a great area to host events (dances, weddings, receptions, etc), but if there's no event going on, it also makes a great rooftop picnic area for dates or to capture sunsets - just make sure no event is going on!
