If I can give no stars I would I went to there office on January 5th to get a cleaning and a cap on my tooth was told we will send invoice to insurance first am new to the state so I thought it was procedure then 2 weeks went by nothing so I called was told we were still waiting on insurance so 2 more weeks passed so I decided to stop by was told we waiting on the insurance company because they was going with a new provider then find out nothing was sent in so I called my insurance company to get the ball rolling we called them together no answer left msg no response went to new dentist same procedure this time week later insurance mailed me a copy of what they approved which was everything? stay away from this place they will give you the runaround or maybe they just didn’t like that. I was a black man either way very unprofessional.

Went in completely worried and nervous. I always had a fear of dentists. Yesenia made me feel absolutely comfortable and reassured me. I ended up having a very pleasant visit. The dr was very understanding and explained everything as she was doing it. I am happy to say I no longer have a fear of the dentist!! Thank you Justice Dental Center.

Went in for a problem focused exam (LOE) and they tried to take unnecessary X-rays, I’m sure it was mainly to bill out the most to my insurance. That to me tells me that they prioritize billing rather than patient care.

Very friendly, a bit of a wait but was a great experience…I really enjoyed the dental humor. However when I went back he no longer worked there. He was very good. So sad to say I won’t be back because he really made the experience.

It’s not often to feel at home and welcomed walking into a new dental office, but that’s exactly how I felt the moment I walked into the Justice Dental office…from the receptionist, to the dental assistant to the Specialist, especially the fist pump with the Specialist after the appointment.

Overall I was happy with my treatment. However I believe the dental assistant and dentists should be a little more gentle when administering anesthesia injections, positioning x ray and suction tools in the mouth. Those were the painful parts of my visit. I have slight anxiety with dentists and this didn’t help. I have a follow up on Saturday to put on permanent crown and do other half of planing and scaling. I hope to have a better experience.

Very clean and efficient! The allowed me to still come in after missing my appointment time. And the Dr. was very nice and gentle. I came in for an extraction on two teeth and was in and out within an hour. Thank you Dr.
