I was provided with bootie shoe covers so that I could walk on it as necessary as it dried. Seriously, why don’t all carpet cleaners do something that simple and appreciated?! Before they left, I was informed that if my most terribly affected pet stain area seems to emit more odor, that they would come back and do an additional treatment—amazing considering that other companies have simply said “if it still smells bad then it’s soaked down to the carpet pad, and that’s just the way it goes🤷🏻‍♀️.” These gentlemen were meticulous and beyond thorough. Other companies seem like they are just doing a “show” of carpet cleaning compared to them, but these guys really, really paid attention to the areas that needed it most. Once the heat hit the carpet I could smell urine. I realized I had likely misidentified some of the areas that needed extra treatment since there was never any staining, just odor. I called Green Rhino and let Tommy know. He didn’t hesitate to find a solution and booked me for his next available time. He returned and aggressively went after the odor and found some areas where once he saturated the carped using a different method, he could see yellow being sucked up. He also gave me a bottle of odor neutralizer at no charge to apply once the carpets are dry. Mind you, we live way out in the country and he drove here and re-cleaned the area all at no charge saying he stands by his work!
