This was hands down is one of the best experiences I've had working with a shop for my car that wasn't a big chain. Let me start from the beginning because from start to finish it was phenomenal!When I pulled into the parking lot the lady I booked my appointment with came out to greet me, introduced herself and inspected the dent. She also offered paint service if I needed it and asked me to come inside to further discuss and sign paperwork. Shortly after a gentlemen also came outside greeted my husband who came with me and chatted with him before taking a look at the affected area and asking for the keys. He was extremely knowledgeable and knew a lot about what the area needed before really diving into the issue.I have a "policy" that covers dents and dings with 1st Innovations (which after this experience I do not recommend). Anyhow, I dropped my car off and after a few hours the lady gave me a call back and said that after speaking with 1st Innovations they advised it would not be covered because there was paint missing 🙃. Yep.She gave me the quote and I admitted I did not have enough to come out of pocket today for the cost. She said i could just come pick it up and there was no cost. After picking up my car they both reassured me that I could come back when I was ready and the quote doesn't expire and they'll fix it for me. I apologized for waisting their time and they were completely unbothered and were sorry they couldn't help further.I hands down will be returning to get my dent and paint job from them because they're great people and offered an elevated customer experience.I Highly recommend this establishment! AMAZING service. I was so stressed thinking about the dealing with fixing the hail damage on my car, I waited almost a year to finally get it done. Lenny and Amanda were awesome to work with, made the process so easy, and fought my insurance company to ensure they'd pay for everything. I had 80+ dents I think.. and it's like they were never there. Lenny even cleaned up my car, detailed it, and made it look good as new. Would highly recommend! Less
