The quality of the craftsmanship really stands out— they even helped me pick the flooring and design everything that is up to date with the trends that was within my budget but not cheap since it will be a rental. Everything looks sharp, clean, and built to last. I’m happy because I wanted to flip my house quickly to rent it out as an investment property and they did it before completion date which was impressive.The whole process was straightforward with no headaches, which is exactly what you want with a project like this. I had builder grade boring designs and I was tired of the cheap stuff falling apart. Now, I have a beautiful design, amazing quality materials that will last and incredible craftsmanship that will be noticeable even in the smallest areas. Now I live in the Mirada lagoon so I have to make sure my kitchen is up to par for hosting!The countertops are giving luxury, the cabinets are real wood and the whole space just says pure luxury now!The team was fast. I blinked and suddenly boom countertop and cabinets were in. They were professional, clean, and somehow made the whole process feel easy—which I didn’t even know was possible with renovations.Would I use them again? By our second appointment promptly after they gave me 3D renderings which was very cool to see a transformation digitally before the renovation.The team worked fast but never cut corners. Every detail was done with precision and you can tell they take real pride in their work. The installers cleaned up everyday and they were very professional. No loud music or anything crazy like that. They always were on time too!The final result turned out absolutely beautiful, and I was able to sell my house with the new upgrade.I’ll definitely be using Lux Carpentry and Stone again, especially for future renovation projects and investment properties. I highly recommend Lux Carpentry and Stone. The team came out and gave me a consultation and gave me new great ideas that my initial vision was enhanced. We walked through the design process seamlessly with a personal designer. We then started the renovation process, which I was impressed because they recommended a moving company to come out help me move all my things quickly and efficiently. They were very clean with the process and made sure that rooms that weren’t being renovated were affected and they would tape off certain areas so dust wouldn’t go to anything else during the construction process. I was impressed with the installer because he paid attention to detail And I had a few areas that I was worried about, but they took care of it before I even asked. They kept me up-to-date with timelines and made sure that I was always in the loop of material delivery, start dates, and even the final walk-through phase. The process was very easy compared to other renovations that I’ve had in the past. I am very happy with my kitchen and bathroom renovation and I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking to renovate their kitchen or a bathroom!
