Shana helped us find not only the perfect house, but in a great community with amenities and great local schools. She looks at so much more than just the visual parts of the home and does her best to uncover potential issues the house may have before you spend money to get an inspection and find it later on.

Working with Shana was an absolute game changer. She is truly a go getter, relentless, driven, and always advocating for us. I know she was doing so much behind the scenes that we didn’t even see. We went through a lot during our home journey, and Shana handled every challenge with professionalism, confidence, and care. She consistently had our best interests at heart, and that gave me so much peace of mind. I fully trusted her opinions and guidance every step of the way, which is priceless when making such a big decision. If you want someone who will go to bat for you, keep things moving, and genuinely care about your outcome, Shana is the one you want on your team. I couldn’t recommend her more.

I recently had the opportunity to work with Shana on a transaction, and her negotiation skills truly stood out. There was a situation where things didn’t go as planned, and because of how she structured and negotiated the contract, her clients were able to walk away and get all of their earnest money back. That doesn’t happen by accident...that’s strategy, experience, and strong client advocacy. As a mortgage professional, I can tell you she’s proactive, communicates well, and always keeps her clients protected. If you’re looking for a Realtor who knows how to navigate the tough moments and fight for your best outcome, Shana is absolutely someone you want in your corner.

Shana is the most AMAZING person to work with! I knew my house would be hard to sell and I'm stubborn as well. She stepped up and started working on it as soon as I contacted her. She is dedicated, knowledgeable, and persistent and has a glowing personality! Although my stubbornness caused the whole process to take longer than necessary, she never gave up on me and found a buyer for my home. She gave me peace of mind through the whole process. If I ever have to buy or sell a home... I will definitely be asking Shana to sign on as my Agent! Thank you so much for your patience and dedication Shana! You are AWESOME!
