Love the physical therapists and pt assistants but unfortunately the front office isn’t great. They canceled my appointment without letting me know. Then when I called and said hey I didn’t get notifications for the appointment they said it was a scheduling error. Then said they would reach out to a pta to see if they could still get me in before the weekend, so I’m not in pain all weekend. Dropped the ball and never called me back and then when I called asking about it said no they wouldn’t do that and said they wouldn’t have offered that.

I ended up here after having a complete rotator cuff repair. I was absolutely dreading this because of the pain I was already in. Jen and Nicci are the two therapist I’ve been with so far and they are the best! Zero judgment, total understanding, compassion and patience. I’m so glad the original PT office I was supposed to go to didn’t take my insurance. All 3 sessions I’ve done I’ve walked in ready to completely give up and in tears, by the time I leave I’m smiling, feeling better, feeling seen and understood which helps so much in this process. They even call to check on me and get me in when I need it most. Thank you for being there for me and all the other patients you see! 🩷

Compassionate, challenging physical therapy staff. Well worth the time and money invested to recover range of motion that has been lost for years.

I can't rate the therapy since we never made it that far. The office employees had three weeks to get insurance squared away and didn't do it. They tried contacting them the day of therapy and said they were having problems. Then told me I could reschedule. If it's this messy before we started I don't want to see what it would be like once we got in there.

I have had physical therapy at Innovation for many reasons over the years. The staff is amazing, and the only place I will go. Thanks for all you care.

Last year at this time, I began having stiffness, rigidity, pain and difficulty walking. I was sure it was arthritis in my hips and being 71 years old. I have been an active person and was struggling to exercise, walk for even sit for long periods of time. I woke up with pain every night. My PCP referred me to Dr. Keith Ellis for PT. I began in September of 2022 and was seeing Keith up until April of 2023. I recently walked and hiked 74 miles in 3 weeks on vacation! AND, I was able to sit in our truck to travel 1600 miles without pain, stiffness or numbness. Keith gave me my life back! I look forward to meeting my 365 mile hiking challenge this year as I celebrate being 72 years young! Keith has incredible staff. Everyone is friendly and professional! I have been to other physical therapy places and will always choose Innovative Physical Therapy if I have problems in the future.

I have had many surgeries over the years and always go to Innovative. 1st off, you see a therapist and stay with that therapist through your entire session. You don't start out with a therapist then get handed over to a pta or tech. This is the only therapy place that I've been to that does that! I always have great results and get back to work earlier than my physicians expect. My left leg is the only part of my body without metal in it from surgeries. I could never say enough good things about Innovative and all the staff. Innovative is and always will be the only therapist I will ever go to!

i made several profits this week with the help of Mr Ralph Carico. it hasn't been easy with loans but meeting Ralph Carico, i discovered loans are not the solution to that debt or funding. personal funds, financial breakthrough is the key. you can consult him for investment ideas that can fetch you enough profits in weeks with no risk.

I am about 3/4 of the way through physical therapy with Keith Ellis. I am delighted! This is not my first rodeo in PT but it is the absolute best experience!I was an active 71 year old who exercised regularly, hiked, biked, kayaked, walked, gardened and was very used to being physically active.Over the summer I had sudden pain and stiffness that worsened after sitting resulting in long pauses as I struggled to straighten up and walk. We were traveling a lot this summer and I was really struggling at times to do our planned activities.I shared my concerns and frustration with my PCP, Dr. Patrick Fleming. I am grateful to him for concluding it was not arthritis that suddenly worsened and recommended I try PT with Keith Ellis.I am so happy that Keith has gotten me well on my way to being the active person I was AND with reduced pain. He has provided therapy, tips and exercises to reduce pain and increase mobility; I have used them with great outcomes!I recently resumed low impact cardio, upper body strength and a little bit of hiking. Most impressive was today! I walked over 15,000 steps, 27 floors and over 5 miles with routine exercise and Christmas decorating!I began my day with recommended exercises, did stretches before and after exercise and several times during my Christmas decorating. I was able to walk up stairs rather normally and without pain! It is. now 9:30 pm and I am pain free!I can’t say enough about Keith and his staff.I highly recommend Innovative Physical Therapy!Jean Lubeckis

I enjoyed working with the people at the Chesterton branch of Innovative Therapy especially with Nathan who helped me feel a whole lot better when I walked out after therapy than I did walking in. He was professional, offering a great routine of exercise and advice but also was respectful, caring, and encouraging. It's a great place to get the help you need!
