Dr. Sheldon, Romell, and Sophie are all amazing! I’ve had back problems for over 10 years and since I started coming here a couple months ago, they have dramatically improved. The team has an app that has At home exercises which really help. And if I’m being honest I don’t always do them. But when I fail to do my part, I feel worse.
