It’s one of the most effective, balanced programs I’ve ever done. What I love most is how it targets every major muscle group without feeling overwhelming or exhausting. It includes a great mix of strength training, and flexibility exercises, which keeps things interesting and really helps with overall fitness. Rob is great to work with!
