We had such a wonderful experience purchasing our first property with Barbara and James. They curated a list of potential lots given our needs, and they did such a great job that we bought a 10 acre lot at the very first location they showed us. James is very knowledgeable when it comes to rural land and what to look for. As first time land owners, we didn't know what we needed to watch out for (such as soil type, restrictions, etc.), so being able to ask him questions and getting his input was invaluable. When talking to him, you can really tell he loves his job. Barbara is very prompt when getting back to us, always ready to answer our phone calls/texts even after we signed our paperwork and the purchase was completed. Our lot is completely undeveloped, and both Barbara and James have been very quick to answer any follow-up questions we have about land development and agricultural exemption; they have given us additional resources and contacts, going above and beyond their job duties.
