We had the unfortunate experience of an outdoor spigot freezing, bursting, and going unnoticed for several days. While another local service provider asked us to wait 2 days for their availability, Aaron stopped by within 2 hours and found not only the carpet and padding to be saturated, but also had the tools to find water absorption 3-4 feet up the drywall as well. within 36 hours of my call for help, the demo crew had removed the effected carpet & pad along with all of the soaked drywall. The water mitigation took about 4 days with daily checks to verify the process and final results. The reconstruction process was smooth with the only hiccup on the trim fitment and installation, but the group was quick to amend the repair to excellent quality. The entire process flowed smoothly and was well coordinated with our home owners insurance.

After discovering a significant water damage/mold issue in my home, my insurance company recommended Recovery Solutions. From the start, their mitigation team was on it. Randy and his crew did an excellent job from start to finish. They were very attentive to details; the process from clean up to the final finished product was very easy. We had a great deal of difficulty with our insurance company and they went above and beyond to make sure we received the finished basement that we originally had prior to our water damage.
