William with Nectar was very nice and helpful. Not only did he spray but when I showed him a very small bug of concern, he looked up what it could be and informed me to be on the lookout for them and let him know if they persist and we will tackle them. He seems like he really cares for the people and homes he serves plus he made my son love and interact with him which is always a good sign!
