Had a great experience today! Quyen was very personable and we found out we are fellow Mt. Carmel Sundevil Alumni. She is very clear on the services to add on. Usually, you’re just going ” I think that price is what she said”She happily brought me wine and snacks bc it was my Bday month. So they give you a good deal for you Bday! Tony did a great job on my pedi. He did the best color on me than I have had in a long time. Esp with an ingrown he did a spectacular job. The new massage chairs are amazing!!!!!!!!

Ok. Before I write the review I acknowledge that this rating is not consistent with what everyone else says about this place so it might have been just a bad day but either way this was my first experience here and I am super mad about it.I went in on Friday and it is now Sunday. my appointment was at 10:30 and I did not leave the place till 1:30. You might say.. well isn't it good that they spent so much time on your nails? Yes.. if the quality would match the time I spent in that place. It was absolutely unreasonable amount of time. They did not do a good job at all. I already have broken nail and I usually go 4-5 weeks. They also did a terrible job with nail polish. Now I have to go to another place just to fix this mess. I will never go back here.

Overall, a 4-star experience! I came in with my mom and sister for their $69 first-time mani-pedi promotion. Everything started off great! The staff was accommodating, friendly, and worked efficiently.We noticed the cat-eye polish and asked how much extra it would be to add it to my manicure. I was told it would be an additional $13, so I assumed my total would come out to $82. However, when it came time to pay, I found out the $13 was on top of the regular gel upgrade price, meaning it was $13 for gel and another $13 for cat-eye.I definitely take some responsibility for not confirming the final total beforehand, but I also think the additional charges could have been communicated more clearly for first time customers (“that will be $13 for the gel polish and $13 for the cateye” instead of “oh, just $13 extra!)That being said, the manager was very understanding and accommodating and helped resolve the miscommunication, which I really appreciated! Overall, we had a positive experience and will definitely be back, especially now that we have a clearer understanding of the pricing!

Walked in and was pleasantly greeted and offered services with care about my schedule as well. I was in a rush and the nice woman made sure i felt comfortable but also moved fast to do both gel manicure and pedicure. She asked my name, and taught me about the salon being non toxic. It’s been over 8 months since i got my nails done and she makes me want to come back weekly!! I will definitely be back!

I love prestige nails! I get gel manicure and a pedicure and every time it’s just a lovely experience. My gel nails last so long and always look so beautiful ! The pedicure is so relaxing with a long massage. Really feel pampered every time I come in! I highly recommend prestige nails :)

I have been coming to your salon only a year but I know Helen for 20 years when she worked at other salons. She has done great job not only for me for many of my friends and my family. We love her and follow her every where because she’s the wonderful person honest and extremely hard working woman. I don’t know what I would do without her. I went to get my nails done on a Saturday morning and they were super accommodating and they took me in without an appointment and Quyen did such a fantastic job with my nails I got cat eye nails and loved it . She was very approachable and very nice and did a great job with what I wanted ❤️
