By far the best experience I've had at a nail salon. I rarely get my nails done because I've been disappointed so many times by the lack of effort places put into their services. I was so happy I gave this place try, I'm not familiar with the area but had a Dr. Appt nearby and the non toxic name caught my interest. I made an appt online (for 45 min later). My nail tech was Lily and she was amazing. She was attentive and kind and I could really tell she was going out of her way to make sure I had a relaxing experience. I'm 9 months pregnant and she frequently checked to make sure I was comfortable. When I was unsure about the color I wanted she encouraged me to relax and she had another tech help find colors that were similar to pictures I had shown her, she gave me recommendations for home care to help manage my dry cracking heels, and the leg/foot massage had me falling asleep. Overall it was above and beyond the experience I was hoping for and I'm looking forward to coming back.I also wanted to mention that the staff as a whole seems to really prioritize customer experience- I watched other employees really go over the top to satisfy other customers. I was really impressed and don't think I've ever seen another nail salon put in such effort and attention to detail. I also should mention the non toxic aspect is a big perk! I highly recommend checking this place out.

Lily is wonderful! Very sweet, attentive, gentle. She has a good eye for detail and makes sure everything looks perfect. She was able to give me a lovely full set of gel x nails on my very short bitten nails. They are so pretty! The salon is cute and clean and relaxing.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our visit to Nirvana! Such a relaxing place and a very clean atmosphere. It was easy to make an appointment and we were promptly attended to. I’m from out of state and hope to go back next time I visit!

It’s not worth the price. I got a pedicure and they didn’t even clean my feet that well. The nail technician wasn’t even able to cut my nails straight. After two days the nail polish started chipping off. I wouldn’t go back. I don’t have anything positive to say about this place.

You might ask does Nirvana nails have anything to do with the band....from what I know, it does not. Nirvana's definition means; "undconditioned state of peace and freedom." The foot repair or even the manicure/foot repair combo comes with a warming eye cover, neck pad, leg massage with hot rocks and warm feet solution. Layed back on a massage chair..... think I passed out a few times haha! Talk about freedom and inner peace. While having my toes and feet repaired, I heard a lot of the staff greet their customers by name. They seem to give extra attention to some that seemed uncomfortable and 2 specialists for you if you're doing your hands and feet. Think we found us a new place! Best part of Nirvana Nails apart from the great environment is the non toxic aim they have. I've been in a few salons where the fumes were so strong I got a headache just sitting there. Here, could barely tell the product they used. As a guy, they did a great job cleaning up my toes. Getting rid of the hard skin, and clipping the nails nice n even. My lady's nails came out nice. Great gel color n cleaned up her feet perfectly. The staff were cool. They had a few suggestions of restaurants to try and seemed interested in what we were about. Come and give em a try

I went in with terrible cuticles and was so embarrassed! I rarely invest in getting my nails done, but this experience was worth it in every way!!! Not only did I leave feeling beautiful, I was empowered with advice from the owner herself. So so grateful!

Love this place!!! Elly doing a pedicure and Tracy doing my nails. Ellys leg massages felt so good. My feet are so clean and soft. I was treated like a queen. They also did my eyebrows as I have such a hard time doing them. I already scheduled my next appointment with these sweet and kind ladies. Can't wait to get another leg message from Elly. The pricing is getting a little ridiculous. I also got the most expensive pedicure they have and it was way shorter than the advertised time. I would not recommend getting it. Go for a cheaper one. I used to come a lot more often but since the "rebrand" they just charge more for the same stuff. The pedicure itself was good though and the staff was nice.

I had a really positive experience with JD Nail Salon. I came in needing help removing a set of nails that I originally thought were Gel-X, but turned out to be acrylics from another salon. I had gone to what I believed was a non-toxic nail salon previously, so this was definitely an unexpected situation.Even though acrylic nail removal isn’t typically a service they offer, the team at JD Nail Salon still took the time to help me. It was a longer process, but they were patient and made sure everything was removed properly. I really appreciated their willingness to go out of their way to assist me.

Visiting SD and thrilled to find this non-toxic salon. I moved to the desert and my cuticles were rock hard overgrown. Marilyn worked really hard on them and is sweet as can be. Plus she gave the best foot and hand massage ever! Definitely will be back on my next visit/stay.

Chose the Stop Neglecting Yourself package. Pedicure was great. Chairs are nice but meant for someone taller than 5’3” if you’re utilizing the massage. Took her time but not too firm on pressure. Didn’t trim as much as I wanted, but still able to look decent. Someone else took over for the manicure which didn’t even push cuticles or took care of the hands. Just upset that the gel x manicure was rushed and was so chunky with the adhesive. Didn’t even bother trimming it. It was my first time and didn’t know how the inside/bottom was supposed to look until I looked it up. Can’t pick anything up and this is even after I had tried to trim it myself. Didn’t even apply any lotion or cuticle oil and had to ask myself. Not sure I’d return. The work is average and not impressive especially for the price. They’ve yet to respond or contact me in regard to a refund for not receiving services I paid for.

The receptionist lied when I asked if they can do a full set of acrylic. When I was already there and starting to get my nails done I noticed they were applying gel x nails . I never asked for gel x I prefer acrylic.. maybe be honest and don’t lie about a service… and to make things worse the cat eye gel they used didn’t even cure all the way and I payed $102 for it .. smh
