First time here. I like the fact that it did not smell like nail salon chemicals but that is it. Places that i have been too before usually ask if i want water, soda, wine but nothing. A basic pedicure was $47 and the gel was a additional $20. The price set to almost $70 i am expecting spa level treatment. The water for the pedicure was lukewarm, the massage chair did not work well, and the massage was not good either. My cuticles were supposed to trimmed but they do not look trimmed and my nails are not filed evenly. Overall would not recommend this place.

I have been a client here for some time. The atmosphere and staff are very welcoming, everything looks and feels clean, and I always feel great when I leave. I have been happy with all of their staff, but Alva is my go-to woman. She is kind, remembers my name and details about my life, and always goes above and beyond. Highly recommend this nail salon.

I love getting gel pedicures here- big bang for your buck! They do a great job on the spa service itself and even with the beach and the pool they last for 6+ weeks for me.

I never write reviews. My first time coming here, I was the 2nd person in the nail shop when it first opened. I sat down and didn’t even get to pick a number for my pedicure, while the new people coming in were immediately being asked what number they wanted. When I asked, I was told no, I didn’t get to pick one.I still tipped $10. To top it off, my nail cracked the very next day. I came back in to get it fixed and was treated like it was an inconvenience for them...

Hanna (mani) and Alva (pedi) did an outstanding job!! These are my wedding nails and they made sure my nails came out exactly how I wanted. Alva gives a wonderful massage and callus removal and Hanna is meticulous with her nail art

The people are so nice and very professional here.Update for August 17, 2026Most recently I've been getting my nails done and Lily has always done an excellent job for me. She knows exactly how I like my nails done and she works hard to make sure that I'm happy. I keep booking with her because she's always been dependable too. She is very talented and offers a lot of different services but my favorite is to get the builder gel and now the builder gel refill. She kind, patient and really is the best.

Honestly, a place with high reviews, it was the worst experience. I wanted a beautiful and relaxing pedicure before I had my babygirl. I booked an appointment, and I did not get call back 20 min later. I did not get the technician that I booked my appt for. They kept switching technicians. I ask for the queen service and they did not know what it was. I told the technician that the UV light burned, asked if it can get turn down, and she did not acknowledge me. Everything was done half down and my French tip did not look the greatest. I paid over 200 for this service. I experienced pain for a couple of days and my toes looked dry and gel was peeling off. Never will I come back again. Worst experience. My toes looked dry and not the prettiest to show off.

I paid for a quick Reboot gel, but I got no cuticle trim and no message. For collagen treatment, she just gave me the mask and said do it at home! And my nails shapes are awful! Never will go to this place again.

My mom, grandma and I all go to Helen for manicures and pedicures! I got a cateye gel manicure and French regular polish manicure with her for summer vacation recently. My feet did not look good after the pedicure, there was still dead skin to take off, my hands were dry, they didn't put cuticle oil, there were air bubbles in my nail polish, and they did not offer me anything to drink (coffee or water) I don't think I'm going to come back, sorry.

I have not had a mani pedi in several years and upon learning my father-in-law gets pedicures here I decided to treat myself.The team members were efficient and friendly. I am super pleased with my results and may just need to start budgeting for a mani pedi into my monthly budget as part of my self care.
