Our first time in Nepal, our first time trekking, were made more memorable with Ganga Rei, our guide, and Jai our always smiling porter. Anish and his team organized a memorable and ethereal trip for my mother, my aunt and I in Nepal - from Kathmandu to Pokhara, Dhampus, Sarangkot and Lumbini. They were patient and helpful in providing special accommodations for my 70 year old mother and 66 year old aunt. As a daughter, nothing fills my heart more than to see them overjoyed. Anish would check in with me regularly during the trip to ensure that everything is going on well. He would offer flexibility if we need to make any changes or add on new activities. The guides are knowledgeable, sincere, and warm - especially Raj Bahadur Rai who taught me the secrets of the Himalay. In summary, it was a professional service with a heart! I would highly recommend Anish and his team. And I’ll certainly use their service again.

I was introduced to the Nepalese travel agency Himalayan Circuit by the Travel Local website, who put travellers in touch with a trusted local agent in the area you want to visit. I submitted an outline of the length of my solo trip to Nepal (just 10 days), the areas I wanted to visit, the activities I was hoping to engage in and my budget. I was introduced to Anish at Himalayan Circuit who then tailored my itinerary, accommodation and excursions according to my requirements. Anish was able to adjust the arrangements according to my feedback via email until we arrived at a package that I was happy with. From the moment I arrived, the Himalayan Circuit team took great care of me. Their representatives met me at the airport, and guided me through all stages of my trip. They booked all of my accommodation and arranged all my transfers via taxi and bus to the different parts of Nepal that I wanted to visit. The team were there to help at every stage, which made my solo trip completely stress free. Their local knowledge was invaluable and I was always able to ask for advice via WhatsApp if I needed it. They arranged some mini treks in the Annapurna region and provided a guide Sagar and a porter to accompany me. Sagar spoke perfect English and he was able to give me some great insights into the Nepalese people, history and culture as well as guiding me on the treks. Anish invited me to visit the Himalayan Circuit offices where I got to meet the whole team and was presented with some local souvenirs. The final highlight of my trip was a tandem paragliding flight down from the mountains to the lakeside at Pokhara, all arranged by my friends at Himalayan Circuit. All in all I had a wonderful adventure in Nepal and I would without hesitation recommend Himalayan Circuit to anyone planning to visit this beautiful country.

Langtang Wanderung. Die Reise wurde entsprechend meiner Wünsche gestaltet und umgesetzt. Der Guide war absolut nett, er machte die Tagesetappen genau passend. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. In Rückreise nach Kathmandu wurde noch ein Abstecher zu einer Grundschule eingeplant. Ich war absolut begeistert, aber auch ernüchternd, mit welchen einfachen Mitteln die Kinder unterrichtet werden. Ich habe bereits meine dritte Reise nach Nepal gemacht, zweimal mit HimalayanCircuit und kann dies mit besten Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Es ist und bleibt ein absolut hilfreiches Team, die immer alles geben.
