Big thanks to Andy, Chloe and the team for their great work. We had Perway assist with the demolition of our house, which shared a wall with the neighbour. The team were great at communicating with us, our demolition contractor and our neighbour, keeping everyone on side and keeping things moving as unforeseen issues came up. The separation from next door and remediation of the neighbour's roof and wall went smoothly and the final result looks great. Thanks again and we would highly recommend Perway to our friends and family.

Just over a month ago we moved back into our newly renovated home courtesy of the team at Perway. On a daily basis, we walk into our new living space and still can’t believe this is our home! The craftsmanship is outstanding, and the whole space reflects the pride they take in their work, but also the vision we’d curated on Pinterest… brought to life by their skills and attention to detail.From the very first meeting, we felt completely at ease. Andy’s genuine warmth, honesty and down-to-earth nature made us feel more like family than clients.Perway is a company that truly lives its values. They align themselves with other businesses who share their commitment to eco-friendly, sustainable, and passive house design. And they were true to their word from the beginning, promising a 12–16 week timeline and delivering as stated, without compromising quality.You often hear horror stories about building companies, but throughout the entire renovation, the team were courteous, professional, respectful, and hardworking. Communication was clear, the process felt smooth on the whole, and in some cases, they went above and beyond. Perway took so much stress out of what could have easily been an overwhelming experience.We are so grateful to the entire Perway team for giving us our “forever home” that we could have only dreamt about. I had the pleasure of viewing my daughter and soninlaw’s newly renovated bathroom, toilet and laundry by Andy & The Team and from what I saw it spurred me on to have my bathroom waterproofed and revamped. Where to start! Andy and the team at Perway took on my disaster of a build when no one else would. From the initial onsite consultation, to contract signing - the process has been a breeze. Andy committed to getting me into my home by Christmas, and he delivered. The quality of work and communication throughout the build has been exceptional. We had a few unforeseen works pop up, but Andy and the team were on top of it, ensuring there were no delays. I will be forever grateful to the team at Perway, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to build their dream home.
