Called Thompson & Sons for an estimate for a crawl space encapsulation. Matt came out and was very professional and knowledgeable. Matt also reassured me about some other “issues” that other companies that I got quotes from tried to sell me on. He had every opportunity to try and sell me on things I didn’t need like other companies but was honest and upfront.The gentlemen that came out and did the encapsulation (I do not recall his name unfortunately) was prompt and very knowledgeable. Answering several questions that came up before, during, and after the installation.If you want to support a honest, professional, and hardworking small business, Thompson & Sons is the way to go.

Turns out my concerns aren’t valid but Matt took the time to go over everything with me and he really ease my mind a lot.I appreciate the amount of time he was willing to spend with me, even though his company isn’t able to help with my problem.
