A little deceitful in stating true cost, no risk $20 refundable signup as long as class is attended. Wasting time being signed up for orientation time that doesn’t exist. The lady that I did meet who had just finished up her class and was preparing for the next day was very pleasant and did apologize however was as confused as I was at my being there. In the future please explain the $20 dollar refundable no risk deposit includes signing up for I month of classes at the cost of $100 per month in all of your advertising.

I started my journey with CFBF over 55 in July. I am so glad I decided to take this leap! I had turned into a coach potato & did not like it! The exercises are not real easy but that's a good thing:) The coaches are great motivators & keep an eye on everyone to make sure you do them correctly:) Besides the exercises you make new friends & encourage each other:) It's our happy place!❤️ Definitely worth the time & money:)

This place is amazing. The workouts are tough but not to the point you feel defeated. I promise you it is for all levels of your fitness journey. The family atmosphere makes it so you come in on even the days you don’t want. It’s not just lip service either, everyone truly cares for each other inside and out of the gym. It’s worth every Penny.

Fit Body Forever is a great class! Coach Ian has a wealth of knowledge to adapt each exercise for the level of fitness you are at. Constantly checking form and offering encouragement to help you obtain your goal of fitness forever! The cushy floor prevents joint stress (you can really feel a difference compared to the traditional hard surface for exercise).

Hands down the best gym I’ve ever been a member of. All the coaches are energetic, encouraging and push you to do and be the best that you can be. I love the atmosphere here. It never feels like you are in a competition or being judged by anyone. Everyone is always so encouraging and uplifting. Love this fitfam!!

I love coming here throughout the week. Coaches have so much energy and help motivate you to fullest potential. Everyone is amazingly motivating and all around friendly,I never feel like an outcast or that anyone is speaking badly about how others are performing. Strongly suggest checking it out!

I've tried a few gyms in the area and have found CFBBC to be a great fit in all aspects: the workouts are 30 minutes HIIT - efficient, effective and challenging - you will get better and improve; the coaches are personable, engaging and motivating - just amazing caring individuals; and last but not least, the members are AWESOME - they are supportive, friendly and a real community - no one is there because they don't want to be there - we all share a desire to improve and be our very best, and respect each one's journey.
