My first time visiting the practise under Aurum and it was fantastic. I always look forward to a hygiene appointment with Mel, and today was just as I expected - my teeth feel brand new ! As always, a warm & friendly service from Mel and Elizabeth which made me so comfortable. Straight into my appointment with Neil and Maia who had me in and out in no time with more lovely and friendly service. Thank you to the Aurum team!

During the weekend I experienced severe toothache and inflammed gums in my left lower jaw. The pain was so intense that I could not sleep even with pain relief tablets. I e-mailed Aurum Dental Practice with details of my condition on Sunday evening asking if emergency treatment for my condition could be offered on Monday. First thing on Monday morning my wife contacted the surgery at 9.00am and I was offered emergency treatment at 11.00am on the Monday which resulted in a molar tooth being removed. The treatment that I received both by the reception team and the dentist was excellent.

Excellent careI’m extremely happy with the care I received from the team. Everyone was friendly, professional and reassuring, and I felt completely at ease throughout my treatment. Sohail took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable at every stage. Excellent service from start to finish — I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the practice to anyone looking for a dentist who genuinely cares about their patients.

After struggling to find a dentist, I came across Aurum and contacted them. The response was excellent, I soke to Emma who invited me to visit the practice, to see it and discuss my requirements and any fears (I am extremely nervous of dentists). At the visit we discussed everything, even down to the reception team looking after my guide dog while being treated.First visit, amazing, everything done at my pace, Sohail was first class and explained everything was in easy to understand language. I have made a follow-up appointment and will add further as treatment progresses.Thank you to all at Aurum, see you soon complete with guide dog Gerald who loved his time with you.

I had what felt like a major bit of work to have two adjacent crowns put in. It was a relatively long procedure but the experience was made much better than expected by the staff and dentist in particular. The new technology really helps but it was also the way everything was explained well at every stage that I particularly valued.

I’ve been coming to this dental practice a while now and they are always top notch. All of the staff are so friendly and welcoming. If you are (as I am) a bit of a nervous patient, they are warm and reassuring, explaining treatment options and working with you at your pace. The surgery is very well equipped and modern. The new ‘pressure washer’ the hygienist has is remarkable (sorry, not a technical description of what it is but I can’t remember what it’s called) it’s very gentle but very effective. My teeth felt so clean and looked so much whiter afterwards and with no pain or discomfort. I would highly recommend this practice.

Unfortunately I was 15 mins late for my appointment today which for some reason I was convinced was 14.30 pm instead of 14 .15 pm.I expected to have to change my appointment and pay extra for their inconvenience.However Neil and his assistant allowed my indiscretion and still carried out the work to replace a filling 😁The procedure was explained throughout by Neil after he administered a pain relief injection,and I did not feel anything from then on.until my treatment had finished.All the staff I have encountered have been friendly and informative I highly recommend this dentist if you are thinking of signing up for the future you will not be disappointed and the fees are very competitive.

I have used The Beeches Dental Clinic for nearly 2 decades now. The staff have always been excellent for me and are really helpful.I even travel 30 minutes each way for my appointments and I wouldn’t change this.I would highly recommend this clinic to a friend!
