He will put pressure on that knot for as long as you need. Going to trigger point therapy with Joshua, is a pressure and stressor relief like going to gym but without sweating.

She has a warm and positive personality; is punctual and courteous; and is very knowledgeable regarding anatomical mechanics. Zoey is now my "go-to" for musculoskeletal issues such as common computer/repetitive stress ailments. I wholeheartedly recommend!

I went for Trigger Point Therapy and was not disappointed. Josh was great. He explained each step of his process. I left feeling much better than when I got there!
