I just rented the car hauler for four days. While making the reservation I did speak to a gentleman by phone who was very knowledgable and helpful because I was worried that our cars would be too low. Picking up the trailer was a bit interesting, although it went very smoothly. You pretty much do it all on your own with step by step instructions. Very convenient really. When I say the trailer comes with everything, I really do mean it. Tie down straps, extra wooden ramps in addition to the metal ones, Winch with its battery, and a spare tire. Everything looked to be in pretty good shape. You will need a slightly large ball than the typical 2 inch; which I already had, so that was fine. We probably drove around 750. miles in four days. The trailer ran perfectly. We had no problems with towing it. Dropping off was super convenient too, again pretty much self serve. The only problem we did have was with the metal ramps that are designed for the trailer. During loading the second time, especially with the wooden ramps attached, any slight movement of the steering wheel while the tires were on the ramp made the ramps want to pop out of their groove. Ultimately I ended up using ramps that I had on another trailer.In the end I was very pleased with this trailer. Definitely beats a U-haul especially for more 'particular' car people :)I wouldn't hesitate renting from them again. I felt price was fair.
