It was amazing! I loved the Laser Lipo-it was so convenient and easy. I also did the body composition analysis and learned my BMI, water levels, and other percentages, which was really interesting and informative. Such a great experience overall!

I have been seeing Dr Chris since September of 2025. I played sports for many years while younger.I started to have had trouble with my knees about 6 years ago. Injections were super painful and not working.I was looking into alternative ways to manage the pain. I came across Optimal Health. My experience was totally awesome. I came in with pain expecting to pay for treatment, but after reviewing my X-rays, the doctor was honest and explained they couldn't help me. Instead of taking my money or wasting my time, the doctor went above and beyond-reviewing my lab and blood work and offering helpful guidance to improve my overall health and reduce pain, pressure, and inflammation in my joints. I truly appreciated the integrity, care, and whole-person approach.

This soft wave therapy really works. My pain in my hip was at least a 9 and after receiving this treatment my pain level is around a 2 if not less. This treatment worked better than the shot for it only lasted three months. If you don't have insurance that covers this treatment Sandi will work something out for you. Dr. Chris is very personable and works with you to see what treatment works best for you. Everything is individualized to your specific needs. I highly recommend this service to anyone who needs help with pain.
