Matt was excellent! We hired him due to some rodent issues in our drop ceiling in our basement. He was on time, answered all of our questions, removed 5 dead mice we already had in traps, and was able to identify where they were nesting and potential places they were coming in. Also learned we had a snake in our ceiling at some point, which is nice 🫠We did not feel pressured into a contract and the pricing was super reasonable and clearcut. 10/10 would recommend!

Matt from Prime came out the same day that we requested service. We noticed mouse activity and was unable to get our traps to lure the mouse/mice. Matt identified external spots the mice could get into, sealed most of them off, then installed bait outside and traps indoors. Very reasonsable price

Dennis came out yesterday and solved our rat problem. I thought we had mice but no it was rats😩😩😩. Mr Dennis found the burrows and sealed off all the entry points they chewed into my garage. And they were reasonably priced. Great people and company
